The Head of Operations will oversee the daily operations of the South African office, ensuring efficient and effective operational performance. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, developing and implementing operational strategies, analyzing performance data, and managing budgets to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree
• Operations experience working in Trading / Forex / Finance Industries
• Must have 10 to 15 years experience in Operations
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Team Management and effective Communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in a leadership role
